Nutricate Refuses to Pay Rails Contractor
I worked for them in August 2007 and have invoiced them since. They paid the entire $720 towards the first invoice, but have refused to pay for the second invoice of $2040. Nutricate has also refused my communication with them on this issue. Since then I have filed in Small Claims Court for these wages. Following this filing Nutricate called me on 11/08 and offered to pay me $500 towards the $2040...
